Q: Do you have an affiliate program?

A: Yes, we offer an affiliate program to our members. You can promote our products and make a commission for every sale. Simply sign up for your free membership, then click the 'Promo Tools' link inside the Members area to start promoting our products and services immediately. All affiliate commissions are set at 50%, so you stand to make a lot of money, including ongoing residual income from our Platinum and Elite Club continuity programs. You will be paid monthly via Paypal and every 14 days via ClickBank, so make sure you have entered your Paypal email address and ClickBank ID in your Profile.

A: Once you have created your FREE membership and logged into the Members Area, click the 'Membership' link at the top of the page. Here you can access all your membership benefits as well as links to upgrade your membership.

Q: I can't log in and access my account, what now?

A: If you have misplaced or forgotten your password, click the 'Login' menu itm at the top of the screen, enter your email address in the 'Forgot password?' section and click 'Submit'. The system will email your password directly to your email account. If you are still having trouble, you can log a support desk ticket at http://www.the-support-desk.com

A: Absolutely! The search engines rely on backlinks to calculate authority and determine which sites should rank for given keywords. Using my Press Release Software, you can create fully optimized press releases and submit them to 60+ press release websites across the internet.

This page contains all the promotion tools you will need to promote the Press Release Software and memberships. All the tools are pre-populated with your affiliate link, so all you need to do is CUT & PASTE.

A: We have built our own proprietary press release database. If you are a Platinum or Elite member, you will be able to access your submission page through the 'Membership' link at the top of the page.

Q: I am a Platinum or Elite member, where do I access my 500 or 1000 Press Ads credits per month?

A: We have integrated a proprietary ad serving system similar to Google Adwords into our site and Press Release Software. If you are a Platinum or Elite member, you can setup your ads by clicking on the 'Membership' link at the top of the page when logged into the member area. Our system will display your ads in various places throughout our site and on the 'Recommended Products' tab of our Press Release Software.

Q: I missed the special discount for the membership upgrade, can I still upgrade my membership?

A: You can upgrade your membership at any time by clicking the 'Membership' link at the top of the page when logged into the Member Area.

Q: How do I activate my Press Release Software?

A: The very first time you run the Press Release Software after installing it, you will be presented with the 'Press Release Actvation' screen. You need to highlight the entire serial number and copy it by pressing and on your keyboard, and then navigate to the 'Membership' tab within the members area at http://www.press-release-software.com. Click on the 'Click here' link next to your Membership Level. You will see an 'Software Activation' section. Paste your Serial Number in the field by clicking and on your keyboard, and click the 'Generate' button. Your Activation Code will be generated. Copy your Activation Code by highlighting it and clicking and on your keyboard. Go back to your 'Press Release Actvation' screen, click in the 'Activation Code' field and press and on your keyboard to paste your Activation Code. Click the 'Activate' button to complete the activation process.

Q: How do I register for the Press Ads system and what will my membership include?

A: I have created a short video that takes you step by step through how to register your Press Ads account to ensure you are credited with your monthly bonus. The video also steps you through how to setup and activate a Press Ad once you are registered.
